Transneft Druzhba Completed Scheduled Operations on Kuybyshev – Unecha - Mozyr-1 Trunk Oil Pipeline

Transneft Druzhba completed scheduled repair operations in process sections Lopatino - Klin and Nikolskoye - Unecha of Kuybyshev-Unecha-Mozyr-1 trunk oil pipeline (TOP).

Operation of the trunk oil pipeline was stopped for the period of operations from July 7 through July 10, 2015 as scheduled.

In the line part, specialists of Transneft Druzhba, JSC connected the built section Nikolskoye - Unecha (765-778 km) with the length of 12.252 km and installed an additional stop valve station for conversion to no-pit process. Furthermore, five overaged stop valve stations on the process pipelines were replaced, three gate valves in the line part of TOP and pump stations (PS) were repaired.

Repair services of all subsidiaries of Transneft Druzhba, JSC - Kuybyshev, Michurin, Bryansk and Novgorod Regional Oil Pipeline Departments - were involved in the implementation of work on TOP safety improvement. The work was performed within the overhaul (OH) and technical re-equipment and reconstruction (TRER) programs.
