Kazancompressormash manufactures and supplies compressor systems for NOVATEK

The compressor systems 53GC2-188/10-87 with capacity 2.822 mln. Nm³/day and discharge pressure 87 bar were designed by NIIturbokompressor in compliance with the latest requirements in engineering of centrifugal compressors. The systems have double-casing with the compression stages located in parallel and are equipped with two-stage cylinder-shaped horizontal multipliers. Oil sleeve bearings are used as rotor support which ensures ease of maintenance and reduces operational costs, application of dry gas dynamic seals eliminates leakages of working gas.

The equipment was manufactured and supplied to operate as a part of gas compression system GPA-16 NK-03N “Ural” under Yurkharovskoye oil, gas and condensate field boosting compressor station construction project.

Earlier this year Kazancompressormash shipped off four compressor systems for stripped associated petroleum gas compression to NOVATEK’s subsidiary Yargeo. These systems were designed to operate on Yarudeyskoye oil, gas and condensate field.
