This index was achieved due to implementation of measures on increasing energy efficiency of production as part of implementation of the energy saving program.
For the purpose of reducing waste of the heat energy in 2015 overhaul of the heat pipeline with the length of 1.2 km was conducted at PS Abatskaya using modern thermal insulating materials (urethane-foam insulation). The new heat pipeline was constructed overground.
At the present time installation of thermostatic regulators to radiators and heating systems registers is conducted in administrative and industrial buildings of PS Abatskaya. This measure will allow controlling temperature regulation in the premises in accordance with Sanitary Regulations and Standards (SanPiN). In the near future automated temperature regulators will be installed at the entrance facility. With their help automated control for temperature regulation in the premises is performed by means of selection and processing of information on the outdoor temperature, indoor temperature, system water and return water temperature. The device is functioning on the principle of using the temperature of return pipeline heat carrier to the second round.
Besides, heat-reflecting panels were installed to radiators and heating systems registers in all premises of administrative and industrial buildings, which allowed increasing heat emission of heating systems by 10%.
As part of the energy saving program of PS Abatskaya in 2010 gas automated heating plant UVT-4 was put into operation. The modular boiler house is equipped with two boilers КВ ГМ -2.0-0.95 with the capacity of 4 megawatt (3.44 Gcal/hour); the boilers efficiency is equal to 91%. The heating plant UVT-4 is fully automated, which allows decreasing a possibility of incidents and failures. Efficiency of the boiler house is increasing by means of conducting regular maintenance of chemical water treatment installations, which excludes scaling at heat network pipelines walls and boilers.
As part of production activity of PS Abatskaya electric drives of valves of site facilities and linear portion were replaced by electric drives with less power consumption produced by TOMZEL, JSC (part of Transneft Central Siberia, JSC). Besides, cable products of stop valves were replaced. Also as part of the energy saving program timely pipeline cleaning of enclosure and replacement of Ust-Balyk – Tomsk oil trunk pipeline insulation are performed; optimal oil pumping modes are used.
