RusHydro paid coupons on its exchange traded bonds

PJSC RusHydro (ticker symbol: MOEX, LSE: HYDR; OTCQX: RSHYY) has paid coupons on its exchange traded bonds of series BO-P01, BO-P02, BO-P03 (state registration number 4B02-03-55038-E-001P of July 3, 2015).

In accordance with the Decision on securities issue RusHydro made coupon payment on bonds with a coupon rate of 11.85% per annum on January 11, 2016 (on the first working day after the end of the first coupon period). The amount paid totaled RUB 886,350,000, including RUB 295,450,000 on each of three series bonds. Coupon payment amounted to RUB 59.09 per bond.

In July 2015,RusHydro successfully placed exchange traded of seriesBO-P01, BO-P02, BO-P03 in total amount of RUB 15 bn. The bonds were included in non-quotation list Level 3 on MOEX.
