Transneft Far East implements a quality management system in the sphere of construction

Quality policy in the sphere of construction came into operation in Transneft, JSC in November 2015. It was added to several analogous internal documents: occupational safety policy, industrial safety policy, energy and ecological policies.

2016 is announced a year of quality in construction in the entities of Transneft, JSC system. Implementation of management system in all subsidiaries of the company is aimed at assisting to implementation of the Development, Technical Upgrading and Revamping Program, as well as Oil Trunk Pipelines Facilities Overhaul Program.

Transneft Far East, LLC implements the project as regards extension of second stage of oil trunk pipeline Eastern Siberia-Pacific Ocean (ESPO) up to 50 million tons. In the process of works on construction of new facilities and reconstruction of existing facilities the enterprise intends to decrease expenses, costs at all stages of planning and surveying and construction works, to organize additional control for their quality in the process of construction, to minimize the share of import products upon the projects implementation.
