This is the first contract for supply of spare parts for nuclear turbines of India.

Parties also agreed to sign next contract for supply 2016 of spare parts for implementation of scheduled maintenance at NPP, document planned for conclusion within 2-3 months.
According to CEO & Director of TRAFALGAR Rajiv Hariharan as for today there is all grounds to continue doing business with "Turboatom": "Your enterprise can provide technical support of operation previously supplied by "Turboatom" turbines for power plants of National Nuclear Power Corporation of India (NPCIL)”.
At signing of the contract was present Naval Attaché of the Embassy of India in Ukraine Siddhartha Sant. He noted that during many years, "Turboatom" cooperates with NPCIL: “We hope that even more equipment of "Turboatom" will work in India, and this contract is the first step."
Contract for supply of 4 sets of power equipment (turbine, condenser, generator, separator, control system and auxiliary equipment) for NPPs "Kaiga-3.4", "RAPP-5.6" between PJSC "Turboatom" and National Nuclear Power Corporation of India was signed in 2002
The first in commercial operation in 2007, was commissioned Unit of NPP Kaiga-3. In February, 2010 - NPP "RAPP-5", in April 2010 –Unit of NPP "RAPP-6", and in February 2011 – Unit of NPP "Kaiga-4". The total capacity of turbosets manufactured by PJSC "Turboatom" at Indian nuclear power plants amounted almost 1,000 MW.
