According to the contract, single-stage and multistage process pumps manufactured by HMS Group companies in compliance with standards GOST 17398-72, ISO 13709-2003 and API 610 will be supplied for a construction project of the sulfuric-alkaline wastes and process condensate treatment system.
The pumping units of the OH2 and VS6 (API 610) types are characterized by high performance and energy efficiency due to improved design rotors. Dynamically balanced impellers ensure low vibration and smooth running that significantly increases the equipment lifetime. The pumps casings are made of high-strength stainless steel with high corrosion resistance to chemically active media and high temperatures.
The construction of the treatment system for sulfuric-alkaline wastes and process condensate is performed at the Moscow Refinery within the large-scale modernization program. The new up-to-date treatment system is intended for sulfides and ammonia nitrogen removal from the wastes to improve ecological parameters of the refinery. The treatment system with total capacity of 120 m³/h is planned for commissioning in the first half of 2017.
HMS Group is currently developing its cooperation with Gazprom Neft by implementation of the large project of the most demanded pumping equipment localized manufacturing at its Russian plant HMS Livgidromash.
