Specialists of PJSC "Turboatom" submitted machining of modernization of units of high pressure cylinders and spare parts for regulating system units. In particular, two high pressure rotors have been manufactured and delivered, which in March are planned to transfer for blading to assembly and test workshop No 73. Also were submitted rows of blades of first, second high pressure stage and fifth stage of low pressure, carriers for cylinder seals, details for blading of low pressure cylinders, parts regulating system and fasteners.
According to Head of Production and Dispatching Department of PJSC "Turboatom" Dmitry Zdor, during inspection was carried out control of geometrical dimensions of equipment and all necessary documentation. Parties signed appropriate protocol. He also noted that at the next phase to customer will be submitted rotors already equipped with blades.
Two contracts with NPP Paksi were signed by enterprise in 2015 now. According to the first PJSC "Turboatom" will modernize of eight turbines K-220-44 with nominal capacity 220 MW on all four Units of NPP Paksi. This modernization aimed at capacity increase, increase in turnaround time and service life of turbines. The other contract covers supply of twelve rows of blades of low pressure of last stage of turbine for Unit No 2 NPP Paksi.
