The rating is based on the TSR index, reflecting the combination of price growth and dividend yield of shares for a certain time period and is the most comprehensive measure of the shareholder value creation results.
The average annual TSR index is the total shareholder’ return generated by the Company for each year of the five years analyzed. In the case of TATNEFT Company it amounted to 20.8%
TATNEFT is internationally recognized as a vertically integrated holding, which includes successful development of crude oil production, refining, petrochemicals production, tire manufacturing complex, refueling business as well as a complex of service rendering structures. TATNEFT is also participating in the capital of the financial (banking and insurance) sector.
The Company is currently implementing a new long-term strategy aimed at sustainable organic growth and strengthening the Company’s leading position as a vertically-integrated holding. The strategy envisages progressive growth of crude oil production, expansion and increase of the refining segment contribution to the Company's value, reduction in unit costs and other activities, together resulting in doubling of the TATNEFT’s baseline scenario value in 2025 in US dollar terms.
