The Nord Stream Pipeline Transported a Volume of 59.2 Billion Cubic Metres of Natural Gas in 2021

In 2021, 59.2 billion cubic metres (bcm) of natural gas were transported through the Nord Stream Pipeline to consumers in Europe.

Consequently, the pipeline has been loaded at 2020 levels – the historically highest mark since the start of operations. Reliable and efficient supply through the Nord Stream Pipeline is carried out in strict compliance with modern industry standards.

More than 441 bcm of Russian gas have been delivered through Nord Stream, one of the longest offshore pipelines in the world since line 1 of the pipeline became operational. Nord Stream AG consistently meets all gas transport requests.
