“Naftogaz of Ukraine” has opened the third hydrocarbon field in Egypt

In accordance with the Production Program, the drilling of the next exploratory well on the concession site of the South block territory is over. On the 20th of February, 2010 while testing the well “G” horizon of Abu Rawash formation, the reached gas flow has debited to 270 thousand cub.m/day and gas condensate - 64, 5 cub.m/day In accordance with the geophysical investigations the perspective horizons in the drilled well are Abu Rawash “F”, Abu Rawash “D”, Abu Rawash “B”.
So, the Company has opened the third field on the concession site of Alam El Shawish within the Western Desert in the Arab Republic of Egypt.
