In Penzaenergo are summed up the results of struggle against plunders in 2009

66 materials have been prepared and directed to law enforcement bodies on the facts of an illegal current consumption and 6 materials on the facts of plunder of material assets. On the presented materials 26 criminal cases are raised, 40 reports on administrative offences are made. In the criminal liability it is involved 21 persons. By results of criminal and administrative prosecution, the sum of the compensated damage for 2009 has made 676 thousand roubles. In 2009 48 spot-checks on areas of area for the purpose of preventive maintenance, revealing and suppression of the offences connected with illegal joining and a current consumption are spent. As a result of this work the loss for the sum of 2 837 000 roubles is indemnified. As a whole, following the results of preventive and law-enforcement influence in 2009, branch «Penzaenergo» managed to compensate over 3,5 million roubles.
