This joint approach resulted in the first of a series of report-back and election conferences, at which TNK-Uvat’s general director and HR director Andrey Rublev and Aleksandr Vlasov gave an overview of the company’s operating results and fulfillment of the collective contract in 2009. In addition, all attendees were given a copy of the new Contract. The conference acknowledged that performance of last year’s agreement was positive and accepted the collective contract for 2010—2013.
“TNK-Uvat staff now have a document that not only protects their rights, but also guarantees them a package of social benefits”, noted Rublev.
