In 2010, the Utility Companies of IES Will Offer New Products and Services to Their Consumers

"Considering the forthcoming changes and new regulations for the retail market, IES has developed the new development strategy for its energy sales activities, which includes additional business propositions for our consumers" - says Sergey Emelchenkov, Executive Vice President and Head of Retail Division of IES-Holding.  
Last year, clients of a number of utility companies of the Holding were able to enter into electric energy supply contracts at fixed prices of UES.Garant. We are planning to add at least four new services: Agency services to the housing and utility companies, sales of energy efficient equipment including energy efficient lamps and meters; energy audit and provision of integrated services aimed to reduce energy consumption, maintenance services for consumers, and information and consulting services under the trade name "Personal Powerman."
According to Sergey Emelchenkov, enhanced customer focus of IES energy sales companies is one of the key priorities of the Retail division. On March 15th, the World Consumer Rights Day, the Holding's energy sales companies set up special hot lines and help lines for consumers in order to answer any of their questions and concerns.
