On April, 8-9th in Great Novgorod FAT will spend a seminar-meeting concerning transition on RAB

Since 2011 IDGC will pass to a new method of tax formation - Regulatory Asset Base (RAB). This tariff is established for 3-5 years, at its account are considered only capital costs with certain rate of return, that investments have paid off for 35 years. On RAB have passed 17 branches of six IDGC.
The seminar-meeting which the Federal agency of tariffs will spend on April, 8-9th in Great Novgorod will be devoted to the questions of «State regulation of the electronetwork companies by a method of regulatory asset base (RAB)». Action preparation is carried out together with JSC "IDGC Holding" and "IDGC of the North-West".
Supervising thermal power stations representatives of administrations and the governments of subjects of the Russian Federation, chiefs of regional regulating bodies, top management of the electronetwork companies will became the participants of meeting. It is expected that near about 100 executives and experts representing all parties in interest will participate in meeting work.
