Kursk NPP: visit of representatives of company «Toyota» and «Rosenergoatom» began

Program of joint work includes visiting of working areas during execution of repair works at power unit No. 1, warehouses of administration of production and technological furnishing. Here inspections of working operations of the staff and on this basis – exchange of opinions about the ways of improvement of maintenance support and repairing, as well as management of production stock reserve.
In the opening speech director of Kursk NPP Nikolay Sorokin noted absolute necessity of introduction of production system of «Rosatom» at Kursk NPP. «We understand, - said he, - that success of this work depends on commitment of administration of the nuclear power plant and other enterprises of the sector to policy of continual improvement of activity. We have such commitment. In the joint work with representatives of «Toyota» we expect finding out of certain examples for improvement and will gratefully accept suggestions in this area».
«In this year, decision was made about introduction of production system of «Rosatom» at all NPPs of Russia, - reported advisor of General Director of JSC «Concern Rosenergoatom» Vladimir Kolesnikov. – To achieve the best effect, visits of consultant of «Toyota» are joined with real repairing process that takes place at NPP. Results of joint work will allow creating certain basis of new approaches at those directions at which introduction of production system of «Rosatom» is planned.
Together with representatives of company «Toyota» and JSC «Concern Rosenergoatom», Director General of JSC «Atomenergoremont» Vladimir Minaev, representatives of repairing services of Leningrad and Smolensk NPPs, LLC«Atomtrudresurs» participate in work at Kursk NPP.
Visit of representatives of company «Toyota» at Kursk NPP will last till 14 April of the current year. The Japanese specialists will also familiarize themselves with cultural and historical objects of Kursk, visit the State Central Black Belt biosphere reserve named after V.V.Alekhin, and in Maryino, complex of palace and park architecture of the XIX century.
