In 2009 gas production volume amounted to 13.6 bill. cubic meters.
7.2 bill. cubic meters of gas was processed on the company’s gas processing facilities.
6.8 bill. cubic meters of dry stripping gas and 595 thousand tonnes of liquid hydrocarbons including 440 thousand tonnes of light hydrocarbons broad fraction were produced.
In comparison with the year of 2008 electricity production increased by 15.7% and up to 3.2 bill. kWh.
Today OJSC “Surgutneftegas” has constructed and is operating:
- 17 gas turbine power plants and 7 gas piston power plants with total capacity of 605 mW, which provides 28% of general demand;
- 9 transport stations with gas turbine drives and 10 compressor stations of low separation stages.
During 2009 were conducted preventive maintenance overhauls of 16 gas turbine power plants, 4 gas piston power plants, 8 transport compressor stations and 3 gas processing units.
In 2009 OJSC “Surgutneftegas” placed in commission:
- 3 gas piston power plants;
- Second priority of Talakanskoe Oilfield gas turbine power plant in the Republic Sakha (Yakutia). Now total capacity of this station is
144 mW. It is the company’s largest power plant.
- Аn associated gas re-injection compressor station to maintain reservoir pressure at the productivity of 1.5 bill. cubic meters in Talakanskoe Oilfield of the Republic Sakha (Yakutia);
- 157 km of gas pipelines.
In 2010 it is planned to construct 2 gas turbine power plants, 7 compressor stations of end separation stages and 100 km of gas pipelines.
The electricity out-turn will be driven to 3.5 bill. kWh.
