FTS of Russia abolished the tariff or the services by electric power transmission to consumers of Murmansk region since May 1 of the current year

The Administration by tariff regulation of Murmansk region is entrusted to establish and put into effect the tariffs pursuant to the legislation in force of RF
The Federal service by tariffs of Russia acknowledged the Regulation of the Administration by tariff regulation of Murmansk region “On the tariffs establishment for services by electric power transmission” as non-corresponding to section 59 of the Fundamental principles of pricing.
“In the calculation course of united (boiler) tariffs for the services by power transmission for consumers of Murmansk region the Administration by tariff regulation of Murmansk region used the value of committed capacity different from the amount of committed capacity approved by order of the Federal service by tariffs, having violated Section 16 of the Fundamental principles of pricing”, - said in order of FST.
