«Verkhnechonskneftegaz»: 500 thousand tons over three months

The planned production for 2010 is estimated at 2.3mln tons. This volume is twice as much as the production last year. The company successfully accomplishes its current operational objectives.

In accordance with the drilling program, eight production wells were drilled in 1Q 2010. As per the construction program, the following facilities were commissioned:
   1. oil lines from pads # 10, 11, 14, 17 to in-field pipeline of the VC Field;
   2. high pressure water line from water injection system to pad # 10;
   3. wellpad foundation # 33;
The activities aimed at Oil Treatment Unit -1(OTU-1) extension up to 3 mtpa were launched. Besides, the company started construction of
   1. motor road to pad # 22,
   2. oil line from pad # 22 to in-field oil pipeline at the VC Field;
   3. high pressure water lines from water injection system to pads # 11; 14; 17;
   4. wellpad foundation # 22.
Construction of pad facilities was commenced at wellpads # 10, 14; 17.
Year 2010 can be the record one for OJSC VCNG in terms of investments volume. The company is going to spend over 14 bln rubles. The expected overall taxes to the budgets of all levels amount to 821 mln rubles, of which 519 mln will be paid to Irkutsk regional budget.
