Sibir Energy Plc (SE) is a vertically-integrated oil company with a daily oil production of over 80 thousand barrels. SE's assets include, among others, Magma oil company and a 50% share in Salym Petroleum Development (a joint venture with Shell). By controlling the Moscow Refinery and having an extensive network of storage depots and petrol stations in Moscow and nearby districts, Sibir Energy has a significant impact on the petroleum product market of Moscow region.
The company's shareholders are Gazprom Neft and Central Fuel Company (controlled by the Moscow City Government).
