Two teams from SUEK-Kuzbass mines swell the ranks of "millionaires"

"Less than two months ago we marked the first million tonnes delivered by Vladimir Melnik's team this year. Today, the team mined their second million tonnes of coal. Despite complex mining and geological conditions, the team confidently reached the milestone of half a million tonnes a month. This summer the team is going to transfer the shearing equipment from long wall block No. 52-07 to long wall block No. 52-08," noted the Director of the Mine is Mikhail Lupiy.
The May holidays were record breaking for two more of the Company teams. The teams led by Alexey Zabelin (Krasnoyarsk Mine) and Vladimir Berezovsky (Taldinskaya-Zapadnaya-1 Mine) swelled the ranks of millionaire teams of SUEK-Kuzbass. Alexey Zabelin's team extracted the fastest million in the Mine's history. It took the miners only four months to deliver this amount of coal. It was on May 7th that Vladimir Berezovsky's team mined their first million tonnes since the year start. In spite of difficult mining and geological conditions the team dismantled their equipment at longwall block No. 67-03 and reinstalled it at longwall block No. 67-04 within the shortest time ever.
