"Turboatom" and "Eniseyskaya TGK" discussed perspectives of cooperation

During the visit guests got acquainted with work of basic workshops, with particularities and technology of steam turbine, hydro turbine and assembly-tested production at the enterprise and also were hold negotiations about intentions of cooperation in the sphere of power mechanical engineering.
In the negotiations were mentioned about participation OJSC “Turboatom” in updating two power units of Nazarovskaya TPP. In particular was discussed the project of turbine reconstruction K-500-240 of unit No7 with regulation system change, blades and diaphragms of last stages, in result of which will increase COE and set capacity to 15 MW.
Also updating of turbine K-160-130 was discussed of unit No 4 with increasing safety, economy and increasing of capacity of turbine set to 10 MW. At unit is planned to change elements of air-gas channel of turbine and regulation system.
According to the technical task of customer “Turboatom” will prepare technical – commercial proposal. The contract is planned to sign by the end of July of current year. Terms of equipment delivery is – July 2011.
Engineering works and project guiding of reconstruction will implement LLC “Komtek - Energoservice”. By manager on investment words OJSC “Eniseyskaya TGK” German Mustafin, OJSC “Turboatom” is one of those little amounts of enterprises at post soviet area, where production is safe and develops. “The plant has line of turbines, which we can use in our other projects at other plants. For example, in expansion of Abakanskaya HPP, which is planned to commission till 2014”, he pointed.
Nazarovskaya TPP is one of the biggest thermal power plants in Siberia. Installed electric capacity of the plant is – 1210 MW. The first power unit was commissioned in 1961. At TPP 6 turbines are installed with capacity 160 MW and one turbine with capacity 500 MW of OJSC “Turboatom” production.
