The Health, Safety and Environmental Management System of LLC TNK-Uvat Meets International Standards

According to Andrei Rublev, General Director of LLC TNK-Uvat, the company is striving to improve and optimize its current business processes and continue independent assessment of its activities in conformance with international standards.
A training workshop was organized for the management of LLC TNK-Uvat with the support of LLC Business Consulting Group dedicated to implementation of the project “Description of Business Processes and Preparation of the Quality Management System to Certification for Compliance with the International Standard ISO 9001:2000.”
The main goals of the training workshop were strengthening of the leading role of the LCC TNK-Uvat management in construction and development of an integrated management system, discussion of the current model of business processes, analysis of this model by business consultants, and development of a model.
LLC TNK-Uvat is planning to organize a seminar for a group of managers dedicated to “Requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2008. Modeling of Business Processes” in near future. Additional preparations will be made in November for internal audits and presentation of the “Integral Management System of LLC TNK-Uvat for Managers of Structural Units.”
