Novovoronezh NPP: the plan for the first half of 2010 was fulfilled by 101.11%

In June, 2010 Novovoronezh NPP generated 957.7 million kWh of electric power. Thus the month plan for power production, approved by Russian Federal Tariff Service (FTS), was fulfilled by 95.01%. The NPP supplied to the power system 893.7 million kWh of electric power, which is 94.97% of the plan.

The utilization factor of maximum capacity (UFMC) is equal to 72.52%.
For the first half of 2010 Novovoronezh NPP has totally generated 7,195.1 million kWh of electric power. The half-year plan for power production has been fulfilled by 101.11%. The NPP supplied to the power system 6,726.15 million kWh of electric power, which is 101.73% of the plan.
On June, 2010 power unit No.3 of Novovoronezh NPP was put out of operation for scheduled preventive maintenance and refueling. In 2010 power units Nos. 4 and 5 of Novovoronezh NPP worked in accordance with the set mode.
There was no violation of normal operation limits and conditions of the plant power units in 2010.
According to the automated control system, radiation environment in Novovoronezh NPP territory and in the 30 km control area does not differ from the natural environmental background and corresponds to the long-term values of the natural radiation of this territory.
