"Turboatom" presented the project of turbines updating with capacity 200 MW

The participants of presentation became managers and specialists of Ukrainian power companies, Thermal Power Plants, representatives of erection and building organizations, in particular, LLC “Vostokenergo”, OJSC “Donbasenergo” and others. Topicality of discussing problem and professional approach to its decision attracted big interest of all participants of presentation. Last years the plant made huge scope of work on equipment updating of operating TPP and NPP, directed on increasing operating efficiency of power units (capacity and economy) and improving its safety and also extension of life time and increasing of turnaround time. The enterprise has huge experience of turbines updating of domestic and foreign TPP and NPP with capacity from 160 MW to 1 Million kW.
In number of new structural (technical) and circuit designs in reconstruction of turbines K-200-130 “Turboatom” offered manufacturing of welding – forged low pressure rotors of plastic alloyed steel, not liable to stress corrosion, high-performance profile of guide wanes and blades, which up to last stages were done with integral shelf bandages and for last stages of low pressure cylinder were created economical, reliable and erosion-resistant blades with length 1030 mm. It is also important that installation of updating cylinders is manufactured on foundation fundaments without changing its construction.
The project of updating K-200-130 is successfully implemented at unit No4 Starobeshevskaya TPP, at unit No7 Kurahovskaya TPP, in production there is equipment for Luganskaya TPP No10. On June of current year was signed the Contract on updating of unit No 5 of Starobashevskaya TPP.
Holding at high level presentation of manufacturing OJSC “Turboatom” opens new possibilities in work continuation on power equipment updating, having reached its lifetime.
