“Electrotyazhmash” plans to organize several big service centers in Russia and Kazakhstan

For effective coordination of this direction of work at the enterprise created was the department of service provision of the products the head of which became Sergey Vasylenko having over than 30-years experience of work at the plant.
As Mr. Vasylenko informed, the enterprise rendered services before but till the present time there had not been any center which could provide complete accompanying of supplied products.
“The necessity in creation of such center appeared because the market of modernization of power capacities at the territory of the former USSR today is very big. That is why it was decided to concentrate the service work of different subdivisions in one department which will be responsible for bringing of services to the Customers as nearer as possible and adjust the work in a such manner that the necessities of the Customer were provided in the shortest terms”, informed Mr. Vasylenko.
As it was informed by the director of State Enterprise plant “Electrotyazhmash” Vitaliy Cherednik that by the end of the current year the plant is intended to open three service warehouses with spare parts at the territory of Russia and one in Kazakhstan.
The first service warehouse in Russia responsible for support of the equipment in the European part of the country will appear in the third quarter of Belgorod region. Two more warehouses will be opened later and will provide service beyond the Ural and in the south of Russian Federation.
It will allow to render professional help in operation of equipment in the shortest terms with deputation of specialists, supply of spare parts and performance of repairing works.
“Every hour of idle time of power capacities leads to considerable financial losses that is why development of the service will bring considerable profit to the Customers”, - Mr. Cherednik said having add that the plant will also pay attention to extension of the service life of the equipment which has already worked out their resource.
He said that in a perspective the enterprise is intended to come to a situation when the contract for service maintenance will be signed together with the contract for supply of the products.
He underlined that it will increase incomes of the enterprise, it will allow to plan better the productive loading and at the same time it will be profitable for the Customer as “Electrotyazhmash” takes additional responsibility for effective operation of supplied products. Later Mr. Cherednik said that similar service warehouses can appear in some other CIS countries: Belarus, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and later he doesn't exclude that service centers will involve the countries of Latin America and Europe.
