Besides, the agreement implies extension of cooperation and business partnership, its strategic target being represented by efficient performance in the sphere of aviation fuel supplies.
“Availability of own capacities and up-to-date technologies of aircraft fuelling allows Gazpromneft-Aero providing regular jet fuel supplies to partner airline companies, secure its high quality and, consequently, flights safety”, - CJSC Gazpromneft-Aero General Director Vladimir Egorov remarked.

Gazpromneft-Aero is a subsidiary of JSC Gazprom Neft operating in the sphere of aircraft and wing fueling from January 1, 2008.
Currently, Gazpromneft-Aero is the major jet fuel supplier within the territory of the Russian Federation. The company operates an own network of jet fueling complexes. In 2009, Gazpromneft-Aero became first among peers in terms of volume of aviation kerosene retail sales.
Gazpromneft-Aero’s development strategy till 2020 envisions setup and expansion of an own network of modern fueling facilities. By 2012, Gazpromneft-Aero expects to occupy 18.5 per cent of the Russian jet fuel market, while the Company’s retail sales should hit 1.5 million tons of aviation kerosene per year. By 2020, the Company plans to establish a network of over 20 jet fueling facilities in both Russian and overseas airports.
In December 2008, Gazpromneft-Aero entered into a strategic partnership in the sphere of jet fueling with International Air Transport Association (IATA).
