Within the 1st half year of 2010 IDGC of North-West received 7884 applications for technological connection (TC) at the total capacity of 617,9 mW including 3 applications for technological connection of generation facilities with the total capacity of 204 mW.
In comparison with the corresponding period of the preceding year the applicants’ needs in additional capacity has increased by over 1,5 times and the volume of asked capacity –has increased by 1,8 times in comparison with the preceding year and the number of applications for technological connection of power installations with capacity to 15 kW inclusively (7097 applications for the total capacity of 70 MW are received) .
The consumers asked IDGC of North-West capacity by 2 times more in the 1sthalf year of 2010 in terms of contracts for TC for the public living needs (61,5 mW). 6155 such applications are registered in the company’s reporting period.
By the words of department chief of technological connection of IDGC of North-West Aleksey Shmyrin "increase of the total number of applicants who applied for service on TC to electric grids of IDGC of North-West, JSC has taken place mostly due to applications filing for the technological connection of power installations with capacity to 15 kW.
- A significant increase of the filed applications’ number for technological connection of capacity to 15 kW is caused by taking of anti-recessionary measures by the Government of RF for the implementation of which the changes were introduced the Rules of technological connection power receivers of electric power consumers, facilities on electric power production and also facilities of the electric grid economy which belong to grid organizations and other persons, to electric grids (approved by Government regulation of RF No. 334 dd. 21.04.2009), - explained A. Shmyrin.
In the 1st half year of 2010 IDGC of North-West concluded 5881 contracts for technological connection in total at the total capacity of 324,9 mW (including on power generation facilities: 4 contracts at the total capacity of 195,3 mW).
