Sales of shares of NIS began at the Belgrade stock exchange

Shares of Serbian company NIS began to be traded at the Belgrade stock exchange. On the first day of trading the volume of company's shares amounted to 77 944 shares or 375 thousand euro.

The maximum stock value of NIS shares reached 550 dinars (5,25 euro), the price at the moment when trading session was closed - 506 dinar (4,8 euro), share denomination - 500 dinar (4,76 euro).
Shareholders of NIS are "GAZPROM NEFT" (51 %), government of the Republic of Serbia (29,87 %) and 4,8 million minority shareholders (19,2 %) who have received shares during the distribution of a part of the governmental stake in January, 2010.
