JSC FGC UES and JSC INTER RAO UES concluded an Agreement on long-term cooperation under investment projects

Within the Agreement the companies agreed to synchronize investment programs and programs for prospective development of electric power industry projects as well as on technological connection of facilities of JSC INTER RAO UES, JSC OGK-1 and CJSC NVGRES to the Unified national electric grid (UNEG).
Cooperation will be carried out in accordance with time-programs of activities on synchronizing the companies’ investment programs in respect of commissioning of generating capacities and constructing of electric grid facilities to provide for power output to the UNEG.
