«Krasny Kotelshchik» has shipped equipment for Power Unit 4 at Kalininskaya NPP

PJSC TKZ “Krasny Kotelshchik” has completed fabrication within the possible shortest time and successfully shipped a LP Heater of type PNSG-400 for the Kalininskaya Nuclear Power Plant.

The total weight of the shipped equipment is 50 tons. Such equipment was fabricated at “Krasny Kotelshchik” for the first time.
The fabricated equipment has unique dimensions: the product is over 13 meters long and has over 3,5 meters in diameter. For its transportation, a special carrier vehicle for heavy equipment is provided by the customer.
Heater PNSG-4000 was designed by the engineers of the Taganrog Engineering Center “EMAlliance”, and for its fabrication new technologies and welding procedures were developed and a special hydraulic bench was furnished.
