Overall, the competition involved 12 teams from 9 major mining countries including Russia, China, USA, South Africa, India, Germany, Australia and Vietnam.
SUEK was represented by SUEK-Kuzbass miners in underground mining, and by SUEK-Krasnoyarsk miners in surface mining. SUEK miners took part in 8 events out of 10.
SUEK representatives won gold competing in the following events: "Integrated Mechanized Longwall Face Mining"; "Shearer Troubleshooting"; "Crawler Dozer Operation".
In the "Tunneling" events, "Crawler Dozer Operation", "Dump Truck Operation", "Excavator Operation" SUEK team representatives got silver.
Bronze was taken in the following events: "Repairing Electric Fault in Coal Shearer Control Circuit"; "Using Programmable Logic Controller PLC Siemens, АВВ", "Excavator Operation".
