Court has confirmed recovery of RUR 76 million from "Arkhenergosbyt" in favor of IDGC of North-West

The Federal Arbitration Court of the North-West District by its judgment dismissed the cassation appeal of JSC "Arkhangelsk Sales Company" as regards the judgments of the courts of the first and second instances for recovery of RUR 67.49735614 million of debts in favor of IDGC of North-West's branch "Arkhenergo" according to the court files.

The proceedings were commenced as regards the cassation appeal on 3 August.
According to the information earlier provided by PRIME-TASS, the arbitration court of the Arkhangelsk Region on 11 December 2009 judged to recover debt of RUR 67.49735614 million from "Arkhenergosbyt" in favor of IDGC of North-West's branch "Arkhenergo" for electric power transmission services rendered in May 2009 under the agreement dated 1 January 2008. The Fourteenth Arbitration Appeal Court confirmed the court judgment of the first instance by its court ruling dated 14 May.
