Board of Directors of JSC FGC UES approved the contract of stock market appraisal
Октября 07, 2010Board of Directors of JSC FGC UES at its absentia meeting approved the contract on independent market appraisal of shares of JSC INTER RAO UES and shares of the companies planned to be contributed as payment for the additional issue of JSC INTER RAO UES. In accordance with the contract terms a consortium of appraisers including CJSC Deloitte & Touche CIS, LLC Institute of entrepreneurial business and LLC Nexia Pacholi Consulting shall conduct market valuation of the stock for a group of customers: JSC FGC UES, JSC INTER RAO UES and JSC RusHydro.
