Advantage of new facilities that work for them will be conducted in a closed cycle: forming, casting, casting shake-out, processing sand mixture and then feed it to the molding. This equipment is more advanced, economical and environmentally safe, and thanks to a high degree of automation of the work it does not require extensive training of personnel. Today at the site is preparing the site for installation of equipment. Under the regeneration system flooded basement, finished concreting the deck by tilting the flask accessories.
There are preparations for pouring the concrete foundation knockout lattice. In addition, reconstructed shop building, made its insulation and replacement of old communication, painting metal, whitewashing the walls and ceilings, renovated facade.
The plans plant renovation gas heat treatment furnaces, which will improve the quality of treatment and reduce gas consumption, as well as upgrading steel furnaces to run on direct current, which will give an opportunity to reduce energy costs, reduce harmful emissions and the consumption of alloying materials.
