In September, Andrei Rublev, the previous General Director of TNK-Uvat since 2006, headed the OJSC TNK-BP Management Branch “Upstream Peer Review and Technical Development Center” in Tyumen. The activities of the Upstream Peer Review and Technical Development Center will be focused on coordination of integration of new technologies in TNK-BP subsidiaries, development of their organizational potential, and training of young specialists.
Yuri Vladimirovich Masalkin is 32 years old. He graduated from Udmurt State University as a specialist in development of oil and gas fields. He started working in Udmurtneft as an assistant driller and rose to the position of chief geologist. In 2006, he moved to Nyagan, where he held the positions of Chief Geologist of the Performance Unit Kamennoe, TNK-BP, Chief Geologist of OJSC TNK-Nyagan, and Director of the Performance Unit Kamennoe. In 2010, Yuri Masalkin completed his education in the Skolkovo business school and received the Executive MBA degree.
The target subsidiary TNK-Uvat incorporates the following 14 legal entities: LLC TNK-Uvat, OJSC Novosibirskneftegaz, OJSC Severnoeneftegaz, OJSC Tyumenneftegaz, LLC Pulytyinskoe, CJSC Radonezh Petroleum, LLC Polunyakhskoe, LLC Severo-Demyanskoe, LLC TNK-BP Technologies, LLC Vartovsky Meridian, LLC Yugansk-Nafta, LLC Nafta-Yugansk, OJSC Uvatneft, and LLC Yuzhno-Gavrikovskoe. The target subsidiary TNK-Uvat has 58 license areas, most of them in the south of the Tyumen Region and in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Area (Yugra).
