Ноября 08, 2010The Board of Directors of TGC-1 on 27 October 2010 resolved to terminate the contract with JSC Central Moscow Depositary (Tsentralniy Moskovskiy Deposotariy) to maintain shareholders’ registers. The Board will examine the issue of selecting a new registrar at the nearest meeting.
