Eni: Board of Directors approves the Procedure for transactions with related parties

The Internal Control Committee which is comprised of solely independent directors, according to the Consob Regulation, expressed a favourable and unanimous opinion.
The procedure will apply from 1 January 2011, replacing the existing Guidelines on the subject.
The document will be made available on the Company’s website at www.eni.com, under the “Corporate Governance‘ section.
