The meeting found that the assessment of the company’s expected business results in 2010 suggests that the production plan will be realized in all aspects and according to the approved business plan.
In addition to reviewing the progress report on the 2010 financial and business activities plan, the board of directors heard a progress report on the Tuapse Refinery expansion project. Another project approved by the board is construction of a modern refinery in Grozny with capacity of up to 1 million tons per year.
Additionally, the board of directors approved changes in the company’s management board. In particular, Gani Gilaev, acting Vice President, became its new member.
