On November 22, 2010, Stroytransgaz was officially announced a winner in the tender bids for the project. The approximate cost of the works makes 10.5 bln RUR.
HV line 500 kV Boguchanskaya Hydropower Plant–Ozernaya Substation is anticipated for power distribution from the Boguchanskaya Hydropower Plant and the external power supply for the Taishet aluminum plant. The route will pass along the territory of the Kezhem and the Boguchansk regions of Krasnoyarsk Krai and the Taishet region of Irkutsk Oblast. The route length is 329.9 km, including 27 turning angles.
The customer for the project is CIUS UES, an associated company of FGC UES.
Stroytransgaz scope of work includes engineering and construction of the HV line and the related infrastructure, as well as the required materials and equipment delivery.
