In record breaking time “Krasny Kotelshchik” manufactured products for Troitskaya TPS

The total weight of the shipped equipment was over 900 tons. According to the contract schedule for this station manufactured and shipped were hot-end heating element baskets, assemblies of lower radiation part, headers of convective superheater, coil bundles, platen superheater, eco headers and coils. Manufacturing of the products for the station took at “Krasny Kotelshchik” 3 months. The tight schedule of production cycle is determined by the customer. In December 2010, at Troitskaya TPS, a large-scale reconstruction with the use of the products manufactured by “Krasny Kotelshchik” will be completed.
To minimize the time of manufacturing, a 24-hours-a-day work was organized by TKZ, the most efficient logistics routes were considered that provided the real shortening of the delivery time. So, the said products were shipped to Troitskaya TPS according to the specified times, with meeting all the liabilities undertaken by “Krasny Kotelshchik”.
