"Vologdaenergo” conducts testing of equipment for the commissioning of substation 35/10 kV Sheksna-Gas

The branch of IDGC North-West "Vologdaenergo” completed the reconstruction of 35/10 kV substation Sheksna-Gas in Sheksna district (Vologda region). In accordance with the schedule of operations, the testing of electrical equipment will be started today. Fixed assets introduction is scheduled for December 30, 2010.

Reconstruction of the 35/10 kV substation Sheksna-Gaz was carried out under the contract for technological connection of compressor station Sheksninskaya" ( North-European gas pipeline) to the power grids of "Vologdaenergo”. As a result of the connection of the consumer, the company will provide the requested power at a rate of 1450 kW.
During the reconstruction, were installed new power transformers 4 MVA, two cells of outdoor cubicle switchboard 10 kV, was made the replacement of oil switches for the vacuum ones, and the complex of works in the part of relay protection and automatics.
