Construction of subsea twin pipe crossing across the Volga of Pochinki-Gryazovets gas pipeline has been completed

Subsea crossing has been constructed as part of Yaroslavl-Gryazovets section of the Pochinki-Gryazovets trunk gas pipeline on the stretch between 80 km and 174 km of the route in Yaroslavl region. The length of the main line is 1099 m and the back-up line is 1072 m. The crossing is made by the regular trenching method that is by pulling the pipeline into the prepared subsea trench. The range of subsea technical works was performed by the LLC “Podvodtruboprovodstroy” and the construction of the linear section of the gas pipeline is done by OJSC “Krasnodargazstroy” which is a member of the LLC “STROYGAZMONTAZH” Group.
LLC “STROYGAZMONTAZH” won the tender for construction of the Yaroslavl-Gryazovets section between 80 km and 174 km of the Pochinki-Gryazovets route in December 2009. And at the moment more than 70 km of gas pipeline has already been welded on this section.
