The Board of Directors reviewed OAO TATNEFT's budget execution results for eleven months of this year and approved the budget for January and the first quarter of 2011. The Board was presented the information about the results of geological exploration works outside of Russia. It was noted that all foreign projects, specifically in Syria and Libya, were executed in a timely manner. Recoverable reserves in terms of C1 category amount to 504.4 million tons with 493.8 million tons in Libya and 10.6 million tons in Syria. The elaborated production program for the first year of the contract with GK "Turkmenneft" (State Company) had been agreed.
The Board of Directors reviewed the work results on positioning the Company's corporate brand, the introduction of unified corporate management standards for enterprises of TATNEFT Group of Companies. It was recommended to the Executive Directorate of the Joint Stock Company to continue the work on strengthening the Company brand and on the formation of uniform regulations.
The Board of Directors discussed the progress of the TANECO Oil Refining and Petrochemical plants complex construction. The construction/ erection and commissioning works as well as financing are performed in accordance with the schedule.
The work is in progress to determine the final configuration of the Complex and the development stage of the "Project" to increase refining throughput capacity to 14 million tons per year.
The Board of Directors also discussed several other issues of OAO TATNEFT activity.
