Rosneft Q4 and 12M 2010 US GAAP Financial Results

Rosneft will publish its Q4 and 12M 2010 audited consiolidated US GAAP financial results on Friday, February 4.

Press-release, financial statements, MD&A and investor presentation will be made available at our website at 12-00 noon Moscow time (9-00 am UK, 4-00 am NY).
The conference call will be held on the same day at 5-00 pm Moscow time (2-00 pm UK, 9-00 am NY).
