Rostechnadzor granted siting license for Nizhniy Novgorod-1,2

Utility notes in its release of January 25 that the five-year siting license of Nizhniy Novgorod plant is an important milestone in the plant's becoming and means consent of principle by Rostechnadzor on beginning of the design process.
Next stages of the construction project and licensing preparations will be writing of the design documentation and materials to obtain a plant construction license.
