Specialists of "Pskovenergo" have developed the Program "Of energy saving and energy effectiveness for the period from 2011 to 2015

The program was created according to the requirements of federal law "On energy saving and energy effectiveness” and in accordance with the Order of the State Tariff Committee of the Pskov region "On the requirements for the program on energy saving and energy effectiveness".

The main criterion for the formation of the Program is indicators of electricity losses during transmission through distribution networks.
In the frame of the Program is planned to upgrade the transmission lines and substation equipment, update the accounting and metrological systems of measuring devices in distribution networks, provide energy savings and quality control of electricity supply system.
Technical part includes the replacement of cables to a larger section on the overloaded power line, installation and modernization of the electricity metering system, as well as replacement of bare wires for isolated. Implementation of these items of the program will begin in 2011, in accordance with the schedule of investment and repair programs of “Pskovenergo”.
