The first commercial operation in June 2007 was introduced the power unit of NPP "Kaiga-3. Total power turbine manufactured by “Turboatom” on Indian nuclear power plants amounted to nearly 1000 MW.
OJSC “Turboatom" acted as General Contractor for the Indian contract for the supply of 4 sets of power equipment (turbine, condenser, generator, separator, control system and auxiliary equipment). Subcontractors are Kharkov plants " Electrotyazhmash Plant "State Instrument-Making Plant Shevchenko and IK “Ziomar” (Podolsk, Russia).
