In November 2010 an international tender, this along with Turboatom was attended by Austrian and Russian companies. Techno-commercial offer "Turboatom"" was considered the best. As a result of modernization offered by our plant, the power of each unit will increase from 115 MW to 122 MW, the average efficiency reaches 93.5 %, the diameter of the impeller to increase from 6.8 to 7 pm.
This contract "Turboatom" undertakes turnkey for the first time in the amount of liabilities of the enterprise including the installation of the equipment supplied. Also, the plant will perform model testing, installation supervision, commissioning and commissioning of turbines in operation. The range of equipment includes cameras impellers, impellers, guide vanes and turbine arrangements.
Terms of delivery of the first hydro set - in 2012, the second - in 2013, third – 2014.
The contract will come into force after the company will provide a bank guarantee for its performance and will receive from the customer's payment in advance.

Today the company has already upgraded two turbines DnieproHPP-II. In July 2009, after the reconstruction has been started up the first machine, the second turbine was shipped and is in the installation.
