"Turboatom" continues to work on manufacturing equipment for the unit № 3 of the Rostov nuclear power plant

Capacitor - new products for the plant, whose production is accompanied by a progressive design and engineering solutions, using innovative technologies and materials, training of additional team of professionals.
Equipment for delivery of the balance of goods manufactured, made by the customer and ready for shipment, which will be implemented during the current week.
Modernization of the turbine is aimed at increasing its capacity, efficiency and reliability. It includes the replacement blades and diaphragms for all four rotors of the unit, which in the summer of 2011 will be delivered to “Turboatom”. To this end, the plant began production of rotor blades and diaphragms of the 14 steps of high-pressure cylinder and 12-series blades fourth and fifth stages for each of the three rotors of low pressure.
Work on the capacitor for the Rostov nuclear power plant nearing completion. At the moment were made all three of the body of the capacitor, consisting of six channels each. Next on all channels will be installed bimetallic extreme tube plates, the last pre-machining. After that, the body of the capacitor will be assembled and ready for stuffing with titanium tubes, which have already been delivered to the plant. In conclusion, our specialists will control assembly equipment. Shipment of the condenser is scheduled for May this year.
